Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and service-oriented Operations & Community Intern to support the day-to-day activities of our coworking and business center operations in Zug. This role focuses on operational execution support, member experience, administrative tasks, and facility assistance.
You are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment that combines hospitality, office administration, and client interaction. If you have a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and flexibility, this position is for you.
As part of the CV Labs Operations team, you will gain exposure to the full operational lifecycle of a business centre environment, including workspace services, client onboarding, administrative processes, and additional service offerings that support member companies. This provides valuable insight into how operational excellence contributes directly to client satisfaction and business growth.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational tasks across the premises
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for members and clients (documentation, access badges, system updates)
- Support postal services, including mail reception, sorting, notifications, and distribution
- Maintain internal records, CRM data, and administrative files
- Support office supplies management, inventory, and organization
Client & Community Support
- Act as a front-facing contact for members, visitors, and service providers
- Deliver a positive customer experience aligned with hospitality standards
- Respond to basic inquiries via email, phone, and in person
- Support relationship management activities with existing clients
- Assist with handling client requests and internal follow-ups
- Provide occasional operational assistance to the events team (setup, logistics, guest support)

- Student, recent graduate, early-career professional, or individuals re-entering the workforce after a career break
- Professional interested in operations, administration, hospitality, or customer service

- Comfortable with administrative tools, spreadsheets, and digital systems
Languages
- English: Professional proficiency
- German: Good working knowledge
- Additional languages: Advantage
