deliver

hires
.

Talent
Strategy
:
Develop
and
execute
a local TA
strategy
that
balances
immediate
hiring
needs
with
long-
term
workforce
planning.
•
Team
Management
:
Lead and
manage
a
team
of 3
Junior
Recruiters
•
Educational
& Community
Partnerships:
Build
relationships
with
local
schools
,
trade
programs, and
community
partners
to position the
company
as an employer of
choice
.
•
Workforce
Planning:
Use data and trends to
forecast
hiring
needs
,
proactively
addressing
gaps
with
targeted
recruiting
solutions.
Define
and
track
recruitment
KPIs to
measure
the
success
of
recruiters
and the
overall
recruitment
process.
Your Profile:
•
An
experienced
Talent Acquisition Leader
with
at least 7-8
years
of
experience
,
ideally
gained
in
pharma
industry
.
•
Proven success in high-volume recruiting
and
standardizing processes that enhance both employee and candidate engagement.
•
A strong leader with experience managing, developing, and engaging teams.
•
Deep
experience
with
data
,
KPIs
and people management
.
•
Highly accountable with a "can do” attitude.
•
Fluency
in
German
and
English
The role will be based in Zug .
