Lead and manage a team in the field of special foundation engineering, oversee project execution, acquire new projects, and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure high-quality project delivery and promote efficient, customer-focused work practices.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction/project management

* Experience in special foundation engineering (preferred)

* Strong knowledge of construction laws and industry standards

* Fluent in **French (native level)** and **German (advanced level)**

* Willingness to travel (10–25%)

* Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
