天津市艾科美科技有限公司是研究工业测温传感器之热电偶和热电阻焊接设备及工艺的专业机构，经过几年的潜心钻研，引进了国际国内多款热电偶焊接设备及多种焊接工艺，为国内热电偶焊接技术进步添砖加瓦。目前公司在热电偶结球、热电偶与金属基材焊接、表面热电偶、异形热电偶、铠装热电偶等方面的技术非常成熟，已为国内包括航天研究机构、大学实验室、高端研发机构提供了先进设备和焊接工艺解决方案。公司引进的数十种热电偶焊接设备能满足各种场合的焊接需求。在此基础上，公司还研发生产了热电偶丝焊接用粉末电极，此粉末电极采用高纯度石墨粉，经过定型、烧制后，用来焊接1mm以下极细热电偶丝效果显著，成品率高，填补了国内外焊接细热电偶丝的技术空白。此粉末电极已申请专利，也为公司进一步研发其他粉末电极奠定了技术基础。
