About AFII Legal

AFII legal is a full service law firm with a spectrum of legal services for domestic as well as international clients including MNCs, public and private companies. Incorporated in March 2010 as an independent entity, AFII Legal was spun off from the larger corporate advisory group, AFII Corporate Advisors Ltd. which we served as an inhouse legal advisory council. Our team comprises of lawyers who bring extensive practice knowledge and experience in corporate laws having served as leaders in the infrastructure arena for many years. The core group is also supported by a team of associate lawyers that bring special expertise in corporate, commercial, intellectual and FEMA laws. We are headquartered in New Delhi, India.
