AfricaWorks is an agency for recruiting and employability based in Berlin. We connect African graduates and alumni from European universities with the private sector. Our special focus is on companies doing business in Africa looking for highly qualified staff with intercultural expertise.
AfricaWorks offers tailor-made programmes from traineeship up to senior level positions. We conduct the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing, screening, evaluation to placement and beyond, depending on our clients' needs.
