We care about our partners, the environment, the communities around us and we care about how to make AnyMove better today than it was yesterday. We are wide awake!
Movers focus! Even when it hurts. We are an early-stage start-up with a lot to prove and with resources that are not unlimited. We concentrate on the things that have a big effect and don’t allow low-impact matters to slow us and AnyMove down. The opportunities are limitless, as are the distractions so let’s stay on track!
Movers are hungry! Very hungry. We don’t settle for the status quo and we don’t stand still. We’re constantly examining our work to find ways to become better as professionals, as humans and as AnyMove. It’s our responsibility to learn and grow!
Movers get shit done! No matter what. We face many challenges, both as individuals and as AnyMove, but whatever the topic, we are not afraid. We embrace our problems to find the best possible solution, which may not always be the perfect one because 80% right now is better than 100% at some time in the distant future!
Movers are humble! Humble by conviction. Although every Mover is really good at something, we don‘t let our egos take up any space. We embrace radical candor (even when it’s uncomfortable), share our knowledge and respect our team’s diversity. Assholes? Not here!
