The Arηs Group, founded in 2003, is a fully independent group of companies active in Europe, specialized in delivering solutions for complex IT systems. It is composed of Arηs Developments (Luxembourg), Arηs Developments Belgium (Brussels), Arηs Developments Hellas Information Systems (Athens), Arηs Developments Italia (Milan), Arηs Consulting (Luxembourg), Arηs Cube (Luxembourg), Arηs Digital (Brussels), Arηs Spikeseed (Luxembourg) and Arηs Technology (Leuven).

The Group is specialized in IT services for large organisations. The focus is on state-of-the-art software development, business intelligence, digital trust, enterprise architecture and infrastructure services. The expertise covers several domains like web portals (including open data portals), mobile applications, digital signature, trans-European systems, semantic search layers, e-Government, and operation of IT systems.
Arηs has clearly become an example of Centre of Excellence in Software Engineering, combining top educated resources with highly professional processes and tools. This was endorsed in 2013, following the CMMI appraisal of Arηs Developments, Arηs Developments Belgium and Arηs Spikeseed at the level 2 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration of the CMMI Institute. In 2013, Arηs Cube had also the PSF approval as "Operator of Communication Networks and Secondary Computer Systems in the Financial Sector". The Arηs Group is certified for ISO 9001:2008 since 2009. Arηs Developments is certified for ISO 27001:2013 since 2017.
