Armiti founders, having more than ten years of experience in designing, procurement, executing and supervising intelligent building projects, strongly believe to become the leader in the field of control, building automation and home automation systems in the Middle East market. Lighting Control

Lighting control is being done in two different ways, switching and dimming, to provide:

 Intelligent management of energy consumption, which leads to considerable saving

 Increasing the performance of lighting systems by providing the best distribution of light based on scenes, time, area, presence and application

 Increasing the lifetime of lighting components

 Adding comfort and ease of use

Armiti offers intelligent lighting solutions for different areas and applications, including:

1) Lighting control for common areas, like corridors, parking’s, staircases, lobbies etc.

2) Lighting control of external areas of building

3) Lighting control for conference and gathering rooms, music halls and amphitheaters

4) Lighting control for residential flats, villas, palaces and hotel rooms

5) Lighting control for offices

To achieve the best solution, Armiti uses a wide range of components from various well known European brands. These components include motion-sensors, presence sensors, timing control units, logic control units, brightness sensors and wide range of control switches and wiring accessories.

For wiring accessories and control switches, Armiti specifically offers the best German-made quality products, ranging from the most economical to the most luxurious components.

Cooling systems and Air conditioning

Air-conditioning and specifically cooling systems are a main part of every building in the middle east. Different systems like fan coils, air handling units, heating , air conditioning and ventilation systems, chillers, spilt units, split ducts and so on, are being used to cope with the required specifications. Each of these systems needs to be controlled appropriately to save energy and provide the proper temperature conditions. Intelligent control systems are needed to apply the appropriate control to the system not only to use the energy optimally but also to provide the most comfortable environment.

Armiti designs optimum control mechanisms for different air condition systems. Solutions cover a vast range from the most economical ones using digital conventional thermostats to high-end intelligent systems connected to the intelligent control network. The high-end solutions utilize the intelligent network to control the main system directly, using incremental (analog) or on/off (digital) valves.

RASOUL MOGHADDAM

Rasoul has been working in different IT engineering firms since 1994. Mainly in Industry and Construction market in design and supervision with EPC Contractors and Consultancy firms in IBS, BMS and Electronic Communication.

He has good Experience in Analyzing, Design, Supervision and Management of wide range of projects and systems including Structured Cabling and Data Networks, Building Automation and BMS with Different protocols such as KNX, BACnet, Powernet and C-bus.

SAEED MEHRZAD

Saeed has been working in different commercial, sales and marketing firms since 1993. Mainly in IT market, Strategic Planning, Strategic Management, analyzing the business environment, Consumer behavior, Finance Analysis.

He has vast experience in market analysis and sales management and in different type of projects and systems including project managing, market planning and system planning and system managing and other business leadership subjects.
