Standard Trainings

1. S1000D® – General Overview and Basics

The international specification S1000D is today’s prevailing and future-oriented standard with respect to the production, quality control, publication and distribution of interactive technical publications (IETP). During this training you will get a short overview of the basic principles and processes of S1000D®.

1. ATA iSpec 2200 – General Overview

During this training you will get a short overview of ATA iSpec 2200, the international standard for the creation of technical documentation for civil aviation.

2. ATA iSpec 2200 – Author’s Basics

This training will give you an insight into the importance of the standard ATA iSpec 2200. Furthermore you will get an overview of the manual types, structures and implementation.

3. ASD-STE100 Simplified Technical English

During this course you will get to know the rules of the ASD-STE100 Simplified Technical English (STE) and you will learn how to use them through practical exercises.

4. Effective Writing

In this course you will be sensitized to the needs of technical documentation readers. You will learn to write for the users with structure and logic.

Project-related Workshops

We support and accompany you on any specific project.

1. ATA iSpec 2200 – Author’s Advance

This training will give you an overview of the concepts of the ATA iSpec 2200standard from the practical application’s perspective.

2. S1000D® –  Authors Advance

During this workshop we will provide an insight into the concepts and the importance of S1000D®. You will get an overview of the relevant processes in which S1000D® should be installed. Based on SGML/XML and CGM, the standard S1000D® enables the emission of technical publications both in paper and electronic form.
