Our Areas of Service:

Our admiralty team provides effective advice on risks of potential claims & liabilities involving a ship or its cargo and takes preventive action to mitigate or minimise the same. We advise on maritime casualty matters, including crisis management, investigation and incident reconstruction. We also advise on the negotiation of all types of salvage, towage and wreck removal contracts. Our expertise extends to media management in the aftermath of a casualty.

Our claims management team handles all sorts of P&I matters including injury, illness and death of crew and other persons, diversion, cargo loss & damage, collision, pollution, FFO claims and fine & penalties. We are the leader in maritime intelligence & fraud investigation in Bangladesh and provide investigative consulting expertise necessary to resolve dispute through fact-finding, critical analysis and asset tracking.

On the transactional side, we advise on ship finance, sale & purchase particularly cash buy & demolition sale and shipbuilding contract. We offer legal consultancy service to our clients with every stage of marine project development, from regulatory approvals, environmental assessments to the finance, procurement, build and operation of marine facilities such as floating storage, terminal - and finally the transportation of cargo to market.
