Endicon GmbH (BESK Group)

Five years ago, in 2013 , Balázs Endrédi began working with Audi as a subcontractor with his company ENDIcon GmbH. After exceeding expectations, he took over the role of lead architect. This opened the door to bring in new talent which provides premier software development.

 BESK Kft. - based in Hungary, Budapest; operating in Ingolstadt, Germany - was founded in 2015 by Balázs Endrédi (ENDIcon GmbH) and Sven Koble (Ulassa GmbH & Co. KG). BESK  is born to bundle the clients and know-how of their founders and employees to benefit both the clients and the company. Since the two companies joined, connected by mindset and vision,  has taken the original joint-venture to the next level. The creation of BESK also allowed new business ideas to flourish. One example was the successful establishment of JobelHome entry into the world of real estate. In the future, combining solid software development and state-of-the-art methodologies will allow BESK to grow into product development, as opposed to strictly service. The future might include the creation of a truly integrated real estate software, including current well-known companies, such as Booking.com, HRS, Airbnb, and Loxone. Working together with our partners empowered BESK to build a passionate team excited about delivering innovative and solid software. It has allowed BESK to develop and position the company in the market as a solid partner for quality, service, and transparency.

However, the pandemic has taken a toll on us, so Sven and I we decided in 2020 to part ways amicably. Since it was very important to Sven that we no longer be called BESK because of his abbreviation and the personal connection associated with it, we are gradually returning to the original name Endicon. The German company has already been renamed and the Hungarian location will follow this year (2023). We are also no longer to be found in Ingolstadt, but in the beautiful Swabian Alp – Bad Urach. 

Despite the many changes – the identity is and remains the same.
