Born out of 3 decades of experience in motion pictures and film production while trying to leapfrog from conventional filmmaking into the world of 3d and virtual reality, BIEBER ANIMATION has been founded by dreams and imagination, based on hard work and supported by cutting edge technology.

BIEBER ANIMATION focuses not on conventional animators but emphasizes on those who have acting ability, those who are able to identify themselves with the character in animation, those with the gift of precise observation, those with a highly diversified knowledge not only in animation, but also in art in general, computer and software related issues and the capability of learning and adapting new techniques with ease. To ensure that all staff retain their versatility,

BIEBER ANIMATION has adopted the unique concept of sending often its team members for a certain period each year as faculty to various animation-training-institutions for lecturing and interaction with new and upcoming talents.

OUR PHILOSOPHY...

Ideas never grow on demand. Especially not between 10 AM and 5 PM just because it's usual work timing. Cicero, not an animator but still a great personality;-) once remarked that "only the person who is relaxed can create, and that mind will be struck by ideas like a lightning..."

We have created an environment in which not dress code nor office-timing counts, but only the individual task to complete a specific project within a given timeframe; whether that happens under the table, in swimsuit or on the rooftop at midnight ....does not matter !

As a result, each team-member has become a highly responsible part of the overall production chain, has adopted an attitude of deep integration, highest dedication and wholehearted involvement at par with the best across all borders.
