We are a family owned accounting firm based in Charlotte, NC specializing in all aspects of accounting and bookkeeping for small and medium sized companies. We have been helping businesses for 11 years and have a deep understanding of the challenges that businesses face in todays economy.

Our team of six Accountants and Bookkeepers operate at a higher standard and work diligently to care for your business. We are always available to answer your questions or fulfill your requests. We are not a traditional stuffy accounting firm. We are IT heavy and very responsive to your needs.

We can take over your administrative duties and provide you with 24 hour access to all your documents on our Secure Cloud Server. Full Service Bookkeeping: Whether it’s to help out in the short or long term, or as an outsourced resource, we can provide you with the complete coverage you need. We are Certified Public Bookkeepers (CPB) and operate in accordance with the NACPB.

Payroll: Complete payroll service for 1 to 100 employees. We can set up direct deposits and reduce the workload of mailing checks. We take of all the federal and state withholdings and filings.

Tax Preparation: We’ll keep your accounts up to date, accurate, and in compliance with the law.

Project based Bookkeeping: We can bring your books up to date – or get your new business started or help refocus your vision.

Forensic Accounting: We are associate members of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). If you need to go back a few years and reconstruct your accounts, we can help.

Employee Embezzlement: Using a combination of art and science we will investigate and ensure that embezzlement is uncovered and resolved successfully.
