Blackwood is a M&A advisory firm founded in 1995 in New York and now has offices in London, Frankfurt and Barcelona. Our core business is cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance advisory. Blackwood and its principals have successfully completed numerous transactions and provided corporate finance advice to a variety of corporate and PE clients, principally across Europe and the US.

Our strength is to execute mandates in any jurisdiction ourselves, having gained many years of experience across a variety of industry sectors and geographies. As an owner-managed business, it is our objective to develop long-term relationships with our clients which we achieve by offering impartial advice, unencumbered from external influences. We feel very strongly about the “what you see is what you get” approach and hence we ensure that at least one of our senior partners is continuously involved in every stage of a transaction.
