The establishment of this Company was born out of the fact that most Organisation were seems to be fashioned along sides of just making profit while the platform of a formal effective organisational and operational structure were being neglected. Organisations pretends to have a focus of business, but not much of interest were created in getting the required direction. Eyes were not on effective processes and procedure, because there was no clear thinking strategies.
