BondCote has a capacity of 10+ million linear yards per year. BondCote manufactures using saturation / dip coating, knife-over-roll coating, and lamination. Coatings are PVC, water-based urethane, and laquer finishes applied to polyester, nylon, fiberglass, monofilaments, and cotton blend substrates. Laminations are PVC, urethane, aluminization and acrylic applied to like substrates.
