What do we do?

CAD Workshop was founded by Keith Tomlinson and provides a flexible, professional, freelance Architectural Design, CAD and BIM services.

Over the years we have contributed to many projects both large and small. Our clients have used our services regularly over many years because they appreciate our flexible, innovative approach to problem solving and design.

We have consistently demonstrated our commitment to delivering complex projects whilst meet tight deadlines.

How do we work?

We are based in Lorch and communicate with our clients using, Email, Telephone, FTP, and Skype as required.

Working this way we have successfully undertaken many large complex architectural design projects without difficulty.

Sometimes it may be beneficial or necessary for us to work for a limited period from clients offices and, subject to agreement, and we are happy to provide this option.

However, for the majority of projects, everything that what is required can be accomplished by remote working, which helps us to keep costs to a minimum to benefit our clients.

What does it cost?

CAD Workshop provides a flexible service to meet your needs. Where possible our preference is to work to a fixed fee for a project or a package of work.

Working to a fixed price is not always possible. In these cases we are happy to work for an hourly rate and will submit time sheets to our clients for weekly approval.

To assist our clients by accurately logging time worked we use automatic time capturing software by ManicTime.
