CARRHURE is based in Paris, France. We have 2 departments: a Consulting department and an Editing one. Our Managing Director, Aurée de Carbon is a well-known consultant for an International Search Firm. Specialized in identifying, evaluating, and attracting leaders in the fields of Not-for-Profit and NGOs sectors, she decided to serve those institutions to reinforce their based with coaching and training. She established CARRHURE in 2012. 

Our purpose is to serve our clients and partners, to act as a discreet pillar in order to ensure the construction of their human edifice. 

Our Vision: Each individual is a sphere inside the globe of the institution he/she represents: simultaneously atom and center. Based on this essential concept, we have developed what we call a concentric approach. This concentric approach is covering the radius of each circle, considering everyone as a core integral part of a circle and thus potentially acting as a living force, either by inaction or by inspiring energy and by circulating dynamic. Each entity, each organization should undertake tailored actions, empowering each of its constituent’s members, looking after its growth, in order to preserve, develop and capitalize on its development, an organization comprised of 100% human beings. To this end, we engage ourselves. We believe that it is only in this sense that tangible social, environmental, structural, strategic, political, commercial or financial results will be met and respected by all. Reaching adhesion by conviction is our credo. This vision is symbolized in our logo. 

While CARRHURE Consulting focuses on human resource and personal development, CARRHURE Editing utilizes new technologies to provide the best and most innovative approach: CARRHURE Editing’s expertise includes 3D/4D Hologram technology, PPT presentations and website design and redesigning (refreshing existing documents).
