CBM is a French CPA firm dedicated to providing quoted companies and major organizations with ready access to consultant-quality accounting and finance professionals. CBM helps clients, who experience periodic surges in critical accounting and finance work, to strategically extend and enhance their internal workforce for Internal Audit, Compliance Strategies, Valuation, Forensic & Litigation Accounting, IT Consulting and Project Management services.

CBM professionals average 12 years of industry experience. These seasoned professionals bring extensive subject matter expertise, industry knowledge, and business vision to each assignment, providing clients with a broad management perspective.

Earlier in their careers, CBM's consultants worked as Controllers, Audit Managers in Big 4 firms, Finance Managers, Financial Analysts, Financial Investigators, and Data Network and Information Systems Designers. This diversity in "real world" experience enables CBM to provide its clients with practical, insightful solutions to their business challenges. CBM brings a level of expertise to each of its engagements that cannot easily be duplicated by career consultants.

CBM attributes much of its success to its ability to quickly analyze its clients' major concerns, and provide timely, comprehensive, and cost effective solutions. The average experience level of CBM's professional team is 12 years. As a result, there is no need to train our consultants or to be concerned that CBM is assigning inexperienced, low-level staff to perform critical tasks.

CBM is a young and dynamic firm of auditors and accountants, which was created in 2000.

We have built our reputation on our firm’s commitment to understanding and servicing clients’ needs. We have broad experience with international clients. This experience has enabled us to acquire a good knowledge of international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS), US and UK GAAP and to implement high-quality auditing standards.

Our firm has a staff mainly consisting of experienced people from Big 4 firms (i.e. fluent in english).

We have concluded partnership agreements with law and consulting firms in France, which enable us to assign specialised staff for specific engagements.
