Founded in 2018 in Shanghai by well-respected veterans in the search industry, and backed by strategic investor Liepin, the publicly listed tech company known as China’s “LinkedIn”, CGL grew rapidly to 6 offices within its first year, including a branch in Silicon Valley in the United States.

Today, we’re known as an international tech-driven executive search and leadership solution firm focused on top talent with an annual package above CNY 1 million. Over half our search revenues come from data-driven decisions enabled by the intellectual talent services platforms of our strategic tech investors, such as our Baymax AI system.
