Treatment for DIOP patients, including both lower and high functioning clients, typically involves physician assessments and group, family, and individual therapy sessions. EIOP patients at Chicago Lakeshore Hospital typically move into the program from an inpatient care setting and benefit from a variety of continued rehabilitative programs.
