Xinyu HuaLi Machinery Casting CO. LTD, established in 2001, is a sole proprietorship enterprise which is located in Xincheng Avenue Xinyu economic development Zone.

Our company occupies 100 acres totally with 16000 m2 of the factory’s building area. It owns 2 casting workshops, 1 machine workshop, 1 warehouse and so on office building, staff dormitory building .

Our company has more than 200 employees, including 18 professional managers and technicians. The management level consists of 1 general manager and 3 vice general managers. The functional part consists of quality department, technical department, production department, human resources department, finance department, and security department. With the years’ development and profits from the advanced management pattern of modern enterprise, we are growing to be an excellent management and technical team. Under the management system of comprehensive and consummating construction, each department owns explicit responsibility and authority.

The main product is assembling automobile clutch castings. Our production capacity and scale are at the top position in the national industry. We are completing a set to Dongfeng Motor Group CO.,LTD, Guilin Fuda Group CO. Ltd, ACCEL Auto transmission Systems CO.,LTD, Shaihai Jiunai Motor、Zhunhai huayu Motor Clutch CO.,LTD, Shenzhen terca Technology CO.,LTD, Tri-Ring Group Co. and so on. In recent years, our products are also exported to American and European areas.

Our equipment and manufacturing ability

Our yearly capacity achieves more than 20000t, and it can produce gray iron above HT250 trademark, all kinds of ductile cast iron like high tenacity: QT500-7; high strength: QT600-3.

We own complete testing equipment, such as high frequency infrared absorption spectrometer, chemical elements analyzer, metallographic analyzer, hardness tester, strength daily output tester, hot metal detector, crack detector, surface roughness tester which can ensure an overall examination of casting parts.

The first casting workshop reaches more than 5000 square meters with 5t intermediate frequency furnace, four 10t delivery crane and one 20t/h clay sand processing line, and it can meet the production requirement of 12000t clay sand castings.

The second workshop is resin sand technology workshop, and is as large as 5000 square meters, has one 5t intermediate frequency furnace, four 10t delivery cranes and one 10t/h resin bonded sand processing line, and its yearly production can reach 10000t castings.

The warehouse is 3000 square meters, which can meet company’s daily production need. The casting clearing workshop is more than 1000 square meters, and there are 2 barrel-type airless shot-blasting machines, 3 lifting hook shot blasting machines, and it can clean up the biggest workpiece for 2*2*2.5 meter.
