<P>Do you know your thinking style?</P> <P>What you don’t know can hurt you!</P> <P>People perceive and assimilate information in markedly different ways.</P> <P>Appreciation of and attention to these different ‘thinking-styles’ can literally change the way you do business with your workforce and your customers. Indeed, as the business world gets more complex understanding your thinking style and the thinking styles of your customers and expanding the thinking styles of your employees beyond the regular preferences, may not be a luxury, but a necessity.</P> <P>The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®) is the highly validated assessment tool at the core of Herrmann International’s Whole Brain® Thinking approach. Once individuals have an understanding of thinking preferences as presented through the framework of the Whole Brain® Model, they are able to use the information they receive in their own HBDI® Profile to build skills that will increase their personal effectiveness, improve daily interactions and reach better results in their areas of responsibility.</P> <P>Facilitator: Charlotte P.
