Here's a little about us...

We noticed that certain large computer serivce companies are taking advantage of the fact that many people need the use of computers. People that are not that computer savvy. Individuals seeking a new job, or a start up businesses that cannot afford an I.T. department.

We aim to fix the market by stabilizing computer service prices with our low rates, which are always provided by a Microsoft Certified Professional. As you can see from the Home/Office page, we will not expect you to bring in your PC somewhere when you have trouble. We want to help your experience be as easy for you as possible, as quick and efficient as you would like it, and as affordable as one would expect computer and network services to be during this age. We can either come to you when it is convenient for you, or set up a schedule to pick up and drop off your machine. We only need the box, all other equipment is standard and supplied by our office for testing purposes.

Our founder has 25 years of experience with computers. He also has six years of management and 8 years total of customer service experience. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional aside having a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management from Loyola University of Chicago. He simply could not stand by and watch as families and start up businesses pay outrageous prices for simple computer tasks. Nor did he want small, established business to think they cannot afford a domain or virtualization, or anything else that sounds like it is complex..

Karma is karma, so we charge fair prices. If you do not know much about cars, do you trust your mechanic to tell you the truth about what is and what is not wrong with your vehicle? It is the same in I.T. If you do not know much about computers and networks, do you trust your I.T. professional or firm with charging you only for things that were necessary? Please make sure that you give us a call if you have a gut feeling that you are being overcharged for services. Our promise to you is that you will never have to deal with expensive computer maintenance after you call us.
