In July 2007, Paolo Iacovelli (Pharmacist) and Garry O’Riordan (experienced Recruitment Consultant), teamed up to launch a new pharma recruitment service under the umbrella of Conex Recruitment Group.

Whilst we were optimistic about breaking into the sector, nothing could have prepared us for the positive response we received from the market. Within days we were handling vacancies from leading names in the industry. Since then, we have secured our place on preferred supplier lists with some of the top pharmacies and pharmacy outlets nationwide. Our clients include McCabes, Uniphar, Unicare, Hickeys, Boots, Tesco and many more including independents all across the country.

We pride ourselves on being a “boutique” consultancy with a small, loyal client base of exclusive, high profile clients.
