Connections Consult is an outsourcing Romanian-based company, founded in 2005, in Bucharest. Over the past 10 years, the company re-invented itself several times, passed through different stages and gained robustness and maturity. 

Connections has three major areas of expertise: business process outsourcing, IT services outsourcing and software development. Outsourcing services are delivered within the following verticals: managed services, resource outsourcing, personnel leasing. 

Strategically, Connections focuses on three key fundaments:

-          Sophisticated IT tools that boost internal processes to high efficiency and accuracy levels;

-          Strong HR internal knowledge, processes and procedures;

-          International expansion (Balkans, Western and Central Europe, US, South-East Asia);

Connections has a solid software development team of more than 20 professionals that supports internal processes and clients’ needs.

After evolving strongly on the BPO branch in 2015, 2016 marks Connections’ first steps of regional expansion by opening offices in Belgrade, Serbia and Sofia, Bulgaria. We thus continue our adventure towards new challenges…
