We work with commercial property owners in New York City to lower their electricity bill on average by 40% at no cost to them. The property owner must have a minimum of fifty manual switches with no maximum. The owner must be directly metered to Con Edison. We are working with Con Edison under the "Commercial & Industrial Energy Efficiency Program.
We offer sugar in bulk at competitive prices globally.
We also have a buyer for D2 with specific procedures. Seller must be willing to offer POP. Buyer is willing to show ability to purchase any quantity. Buyer will not do MT 799. Seller must be willing to work with the following procedures:
1. Seller sends draft contract signed to Buyer for revision and signature.
2. Buyer sends signed contract to Seller then Buyer and Seller lodge the contract at their respective banks.
3. Buyer will send a BCL prepared by its Bank to the Seller. A Bank to Bank soft probe is then possible once properly scheduled.
4. Seller and/or Seller’s bank provides Full POP documents (Fully verifiable SGS, Tank Receipts and Invitation - Authorization for Buyer to undertake a Dip Test) to the Buyer and/or Buyer’s bank via Swift as per contract within 48 hours.
5. Buyer verifies POP within 48 hours and Buyer’s bank opens a non-operative MT103/23 for full amount of liftable product.
6. Seller sends full POP and title to Buyer’s bank and Buyer’s bank releases payment against title.
