COOPERATIVA is the private venture capital family office of venture entrepreneurs Anja Rath (Arnold), Nikolas Samios, Andreas von Blottnitz, Jan Henric Buettner and Christian Vollmann.

We support our principals in managing their direct company and VC fund investments.

Cooperativa Venture Capital Management GmbH (together with our shareholders and all related parties also "COOPERATIVA") is managed by Managing Partners Nikolas Samios and Anja Rath (Arnold). Our Senior Partners, Jan Henric Buettner (founder of BV Capital / e.ventures) and Andreas von Blottnitz (entrepreneur and business angel) add a wealth of experience and network. Christian Vollmann (serial entrepreneur and “Angel of the Year”, BAND 2017) act as Venture Partners (all individuals together, the “Partners”).

Our Partners combine experience from participation in more than 200 venture capital transactions.

Our Partners are regular (non-profit) contributors in the media and the respective associations with the goal to foster equity culture, good governance in startups & grownups and the best possible market conditions for the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Europe.
