CRM and Cloud Consulting (CRM-C) was established in 2010, with the mindset of introducing and leveraging cloud technologies for companies in Thailand. Our mission is to assist various businesses in successfully migrating to the Cloud. Our experience has taught us that a successful migration to the cloud requires more than just IT solutions. A deep understanding of other issues, such as people and process, must be aligned with the system in order to realize the full potential of the Cloud. Therefore, our team comprises of experts from diverse fields with insights into local businesses, expanding our offerings to meet our clients’ needs.

Through customer satisfaction, we have expanded our customer base exponentially over the years across various industries.

Our strategy is to expand our team capability in undertaking projects and ensuring high satisfaction feedback.

Recognized CRM Expertise – CRM-C has been expanding its CRM team in preparation for being the local CRM expert. We focus our resources mainly toward CRM projects, as well as building several vertical market specialties such as in luxurious hospitality and tourism. As part of this endeavor, CRM-C has also been actively engaging with media channels.

International Expansion – With AEC 2015 just arrived, CRM-C is expanding regionally as part of readiness plan. From our first day, we employ staffs with multi-lingual skillset and expand our office outside of Thailand. We also continuously seek consulting partnerships in other countries. Currently, we have completed projects in other countries such as France, Australia, Germany, and Italy.
