The practice was set up in 2005 and we have been involved in both the commercial and domestic market since, offering clients assistance in the full project life cycle. We specialise in large scale project & construction management but also offer reliable & professional to clients in one-off projects such as house construction & extensions taking the frustration out of the process for them.

Thomas Maher established the practice in January 2005. Since then we have been involved in some interesting and varied projects in Ireland, UK and the Middle East. One of our key areas of expertise is in consultany services for major infrastructure projects related to the rail industry and we have been involved in various Luas projects, the initial stages of Metro West development and are heavily involved in the tender process for Dublin Metro North. We provide bid management services and we also assist in claims management and dispute resolution.

Recently we have started to branch out into the domestic Irish market as we feel there is a niche there to provide a full and professional service to private individuals who wish to build one-off house or extensions. This can be a very frustrating and stressful time for those not experienced in dealing with builders, architects and the whole planning process.
