The Computer Software Development Company (CSDC) Ltd. was established in 2001 in Sofia, Bulgaria. Initially we worked on outsourced software projects, including SAP Platform projects, for EU partners, and outsourcing still is a considerable part of our activities. CSDC has a long record of successful activity in the field, working across all phases of the software development project lifecycle – from architectural design via coding and testing to on-site implementation with the customer, and still further carrying out support and enhancement. Later we implemented also our proprietary software solutions, providing remote services to many EU customers via the Internet. Products:

DiAS DMS/CRM is a software platform designed to facilitate our work in the Office. It can be used by companies working in various spheres of activity. The module ' Document management ' is my assistant in the maintenance and storage of documentation. Thanks to the CRM module, I have a full database with information about our customers, their status, dossiers and contact details. The module ' workflows ' provide keeping track of current tasks and commitments through the employees without wasting time, unnecessary formalities or risk of deficiencies. With the module ' Project management ' we manage closed, current and upcoming projects of the company. That is why I recommend DiAS to each company, decided to improve the effectiveness of their work. Time and your efforts are a valuable resource. It is worth to save them. Print for You allows the printing enterprises, as well as their customers, to generate from their remote working places printing tasks and to order their execution, by an easy accessed, rich and flexible browser independent Internet interface. This interface gives them access to a powerful application and a rich database of digital assets whose main purpose is producing of high-quality digital products, ready made for printing on a wide range of printing equipment – from analogue printing presses to the extremely powerful computerized complexes as Xerox iGen3. This solution is accessible 24 hours daily 7 days in a week. The primary output of Print for You is plant labels that meet the high industry standards (local and universal names, conditions of growing, multi-language and barcode support, high-quality colour images, specific formats, etc.). The solution also offers label positioning on different sheet formats, in accordance with customer’s specification.

IKANALM

The product is an integral mean for application life-cycle management of software systems, integrated with a lot of development environments and well-known instrumental tools of different producers (HP, Jira, SVN, etc.). Its integration with the SAP systems (SAP NetWeaver, SAP Solution Manager, SAP ERP, SAP CRM) is a complex task, completely executed by the Sofia SAP team of CSDC, which is also engaged with the respective support. Project Management System of CSDC has proven again its effectiveness.
