· 1986 - 93 Market-Researcher Beiersdorf AG, Hamburg, Germany

· 1990 –92 Participation at the ETP ( Executive Training Programme ) of the EU in Japan

· 12 months intensive language / culture / business training

· 6 months in house training in Japanese companies ( DENTSU / Ajinomoto )

Based on the experience that the market-success of a product depends considerably

on the optimization of the 5 marketing factors, we focus on the optimization of these factors:

· 1. Personal communication / commitment of the persons involved

· Sales person of the European Exporting company

· Import Manager / Buyer of the Asian Import Company

· 2. Product selection / adaptation, which fits best to the Asian market

· 3. Price calculation based on the export ex works Euro price

· 4. Places / shops / distribution channel development,

which fits best to the products / prices and promotion

· 5. Promotion development which fits best to the products, prices, places

ccc works as a free-lance Asia / Europe Export-Manager

is responsible for the business development communication :

· selection of the right Asia / Japan Partner

and developing good communication with them and the German Comopany Management

in order to optimize the 5 marketing factors.

· all the operating work like order preparation, payment-control, delivery, claim-management, etc.

is done in cooperation with German Company staff and the corresponding Asia Partner.

Objective of the Project is to select the right Asia / Japan Partner and to cultivate this relationships

with the objective to develop a business relationship for mutual benefits.

ccc gets commission of the turnover of the German / Japan Company with corresponding Asian / Japan / European / German Partners.
