Davies Consulting GmbH provides tailored services in business analysis, training and on-the-job coaching to customers from all industries.

Business analysis is a broad field of activities. With 10 years of practical experience and international qualifications, we offer and focus on planning a project specific business analysis approach for any project, the complete package of requirements engineering (from elicitation and modelling to life cycle management), as well as solution design. We underline our competence in business analysis with change management skills, process design and project management skills.

Trainings are tailored to our customers individual needs, including knowledge transfer during the transition phase of projects or specific trainings in requirements engineering and business analysis. For transition projects, we establish the training content, create training material (manuals, e-learnings), hold classroom trainings and on-the-job support.

Our coaching services are related to business analysis and requirements engineering, where we help to establish structures and processes for a managed and transparent business analysis approach in projects and daily business. It also includes coaching for junior business analysts and requirements engineers or projectmanagers who would like to gain more insight on how to implement business analysis as a key factor in their projects.

Located close to Zurich, we are in an ideal position to offer our services in all regions of Switzerland. We provide all our services in English as well as in German (both native speaking).
