Our owner, has had his own experience with real financial trouble and understands the physical and mental strain it can put on individuals and families. This is the reasoning behind our philosophy of really listening to our clients outside of just the facts and figures. We ensure our staff will always deal with people who reach out to us in a genuine and thoughtful manner with the client’s wellbeing, not business, being our priority.

To put ourselves in the most knowledgeable position possible to do this we have cooperated closely with SAMH, Scotland’s leading mental health charity. The link between debt and mental health is clear, and we are lucky enough to have had help from some SAMH experts given to our team, allowing us to better identify problems deeper than money trouble caused by the intense pressure it can bring.
