I offer face to face coaching in the Exeter area, and telephone coaching for clients further afield. Working with bright, talented, ambitious people like you, we work with issues such as self worth, creativity blocks, lack of confidence and time management. With clients working in the creative fields, I help them devise a strategic plan to earn more money, agreeing a set of achievable goals and helping them to organize themselves better.

As your coach I am supportive and motivating, bringing experience and inspiration to your coaching sessions. I use the DiSC Personal Profile Tool to help you to understand yourself and your preferred methods of working with other people. Coaching sessions are either face to face in consulting rooms in central Exeter or by telephone. Cost of sessions £60.00 per hour.
