DDL was founded in 1996 to provide documentation consultancy and negotiation services to the OTC derivatives market. The company has also developed a range of training and recruitment services.

Our services include:-

· Negotiating ISDA Master Agreements (1992 and 2002 versions) and related credit support documents, repo documentation (the GMRA 2000 and GMRA 2011) and securities lending documentation (the GMSLA 2000 and GMSLA 2010) on an in-house or outsourced basis.

· Preparing negotiation manuals for the above documentation.

· Preparing templates for ISDA Schedules, CSA Elections and Variable Paragraphs, GMRA Annex I and GMSLA Schedules to reflect clients' policies.

· Setting up documentation units.

· In-house and online training on the ISDA Master Agreement, CSAs, GMRA 2000, GMRA 2011, GMSLA 2000, GMSLA 2010 and credit derivatives.

· Temporary and permanent recruitment services for clients.
