The Dev-Pro Company was founded by a successful entrepreneur and US citizen, Jeff Bianco, in September 2011. The long history, vast experience, and in-depth understanding of the technology domain are the foundation of our company's success. Before founding Dev-Pro, Jeff gained extensive experience as a long-time partner, manager, and client of Ukrainian IT services. Jeff fully appreciates the importance of customer service, communication and visibility, and built Dev-Pro on these core values. Drawing upon his extensive experience working with Ukrainian specialists, Jeff assembled a dedicated and trusted team of professionals who share the same values, are totally committed to clients' success, and work hard to deliver the experience of excellence to them. For many years Jeff and his team have built their own software products and gained the experience that now positions Dev-Pro to exceed client expectations. Some team members have been working alongside Jeff for more than 13 years, and most of the management team has known Jeff for more than 5 years. 

Just several years ago, we didn't even think of starting another outsourced software development company and were instead focused on building our own products. As more and more business people from the USA and Europe approached Jeff and our team with requests for software development services, we decided to augment our product offerings with custom software development, focusing on effective communication and no-compromise quality.
