Who we are:

A team of IT-Engineers with higher educations, creating Web Sites, Web-based Systems and iPhone/iPad/Android applications.

Business process:

We usually create a detailed technical description that is fully determined and helps both parties to see that we are both talking about exactly same things. Also it is much easier - because we both have a fully described formal set of tasks that is final and determined.

This also results in smooth project final - when we deliver exactly what is written and the client has no further questions - a couple of bug fixes and the project is successfully finished.

And we always support our software, even after the project is paid and closed, fixing bugs at no additional costs that are in the initial project scope and are caused by our team. If the bug is caused by any other circumstances, like environment changes or similar, we analyze the situation and give advice.

Additionally , we usually don't have problems with implementing small additions or changes that the client asks for after the project is closed. This is done free of charge , in case these are really insignificant and easy to implement and do not become a part of a separate project. However we decide on our own - which of these additions and changes, not included into the initial description will be implemented for free and which require a separate project.
