With 6 years in leading positions in IBM’s outsourcing organization I am offering my clients coaching support thru a strategic outsourcing process, from strategy definition to contract negotiation to implementation. Clients benefit from deep insights into an outsourcing services providers’ delivery, sales and negotiation processes. Services scope includes data-center and application maintenance in large scale, multinational contracts.

Business Model Innovation:

As a IBM Certified Management Consultant with 10 years of experience in engagements with international/ global clients I offer a wide range of consulting services, from Executive/Team Coaching thru periods of strategic or tactical change, to operating model innovation, to organizational

re-engineering and culture transformation.

Interim Management:

I served 6 years in line management positions, from general management, to sales management to business development. All of these positions were involving client facing roles with an international focus, both within Switzerland and with Europe-wide responsibilities. I offer my clients to take on management positions on a part-time and/or temporary basis.
