DIENES plants are implemented in the production of technically sophisticated fibres such as medical threads and membranes. Growing demands on fibre performance require a continuous development and optimization of technology and production parameters. As a result, DIENES is constantly expanding its know-how to better support its customers in the development of new fibres and their production processes.

MultiMode® Concept

The MultiMode® Concept ensures high flexibility, modularity and versatile applicability. Each module can be individually adapted to customer-specific requirements and has its own decentralized control, which is the key for its integration into any plant at any time with a reduced programming effort. In the MultiMode® Explorer developed by Dienes, all process data are permanently visualised and recorded with a high degree of transparency. Data analysis and individual process evaluation is possible via a variety of combinable functions. Process-relevant data can be set and controlled from mobile devices. All data can be exported.

New business areas

DIENES is not only constantly developing its products, but also their application range. Recently, DIENES has successfully delivered a wet spinning plant to a manufacturer of pharmaceutical products. This plant was validated according to the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice and the regulations of the recognized standard Good Automated Manufacturing Practice. Thus, DIENES is now also a qualified partner for customers from the pharmaceutical and medical sector.
