Diverse Consulting Group is a personal consulting company, which offers complex services in range of general recruitment, personal outsourcing and professional behavioural research. To meet the expectations of our Customers and react dynamically to new challenges we work in groups, specialized in the individual sectors: IT, MEDIA, FINANCE & BANKING & OUTSOURCING.

Each business line is supported by independent Consultants working in a different branches. This type of structure ensures the wide range of contacts and indispensible content – related knowledge.

DiverseIT - the best solutions for the most demanding market

Diverse IT has been created as a response to a huge market demand for recruiting persons experienced in the IT sector. Diverse IT is a team of consultants possessing technical education and at least several years’ experience in the recruitment to technical positions. Thanks to specialist knowledge we are able to effectively find suitable candidates to lower, medium and higher managerial positions. A fresh perspective and creative solutions reduce the completion time to the necessary minimum. Apart from permanent recruitment, we also offer IT outsourcing. It is our agency that enables Candidates to find job in Polish and international companies indicated by them.

DiverseMEDIA

The media market constitutes an issue of particular interest for us. The press market is a primal notion on the media market; however, we also include media houses, advertising agencies and TV stations. According to the PricewaterhouseCoopers report ‘Global Entertainment and Media Outlook 2007-2011’, within the next five years almost half of the growth on the media and entertainment market will be generated through internet and wireless technologies including TV programs distribution and video games.

The Finance & Banking business line is presented by a team of Consultants possessing huge knowledge and experience within the recruitment in this area. Banks and other companies constitute our clients for which we recruit within financial departments. The projects that interest us particularly are those connected with the opening of financial shared services for international corporations. Such experience brings about huge knowledge about modern structures and specific financial positions present only in particular companies.

DiverseOUTSOURCING

Outsourcing means conveying the function previously performed by the employees of a given company to an external company. The aim of outsourcing, in its most general perspective, is an increase in effectiveness and efficiency of the activity. We offer you contractual outsourcing within IT, human resources and payroll areas.

The advantages of contractual outsourcing are the following: freedom of contractor selection, simplification of organizational structure and specialization. On the basis of our experience we have created such service that provides our Clients with comfort and fast access to desired employees without the necessity of full employment, which permanently decreases the costs of the company’s maintenance.
