EBCO - wir sind ein erfahrener Hersteller in der Luftfahrt für Esstische und Armauflagen für namhafte Hersteller von Fluggastsitzen.

Unsere Esstische und Armauflagen haben sich auf unzähligen Millionen Flugkilometern bewährt. Unsere eigenen Material-Entwicklungen, selbstverständlich geschützt, tragen in höchster Qualität dazu bei die strengen Luftfahrtnormen wie z.B. ABD0031 und FAR 25.853b zu erfüllen.

Esstische:

Nach Kundenwunsch mit sehr leichtem und formbeständigem Füllerschaum welcher die ABD0031 und FAR 25.853b erfüllt.

Armauflagen:

Hergestellt mit flammgeschütztem Schaum aus Polyurethan (PUR), mit sehr hoher Abriebfestigkeit und in allen Farben erhältlich, auf Wunsch auch mit antiviraler und antimikrobialer Oberfläche welche Viren und Keime innerhalb 2 Stunden um 99% reduziert. Für die Business Class auch beledert in höchster Qualität.

Kaltschaum:

Formgeschäumter Kaltschaum der die Anforderungen des Heat Release Test und Heat Release Rate besteht gemäß ABD0031.

Tray Table:

According to customer requirements with very light weight and dimensionally stable foam filler which fulfills the ABD0031 and FAR 25.853b.

Armrest:

Made with flame-retardant polyurethane foam (PUR), with very high abrasion resistance and available in all colors, on request also with antiviral & antimicrobial surface which reduces germs by 99%. For the Business Class also covered with leather in the highest quality.

Cold foam:

Mold-foamed cold foam meeting the requirements of the Heat Release Test and Heat Release Rate according to ABD0031.
