Die ECKPFEILER Immobilien Gruppe ist eine kapitalstarker, eigentümergeführter Projektentwickler und Bestandshalter mit Sitz in Pullach bei München sowie einem Standort in Nürnberg. Mit langjähriger Erfahrung und viel Kreativität legen wir unseren Fokus auf die Geschäftsbereiche: Entwicklung von Gewerbe- und Wohnprojekten sowie der Revitalisierung und Aufwertung von Bestandsobjekten und Bestandshaltung. Als eigentümergeführtes Unternehmen verfolgt die ECKPFEILER Immobilien Gruppe folgende Schwerpunkte:
1. Aufwertung und Revitalisierung von Bestandsobjekten
Im Bereich der Bestandsentwicklung nehmen wir uns bundesweit Wohnportfolien und Gewerbeobjekten mit Leerstand und Investitionsstau an. Interessant sind derartige Projekte für uns speziell dann, wenn es um mehr als 100 Wohneinheiten bzw. 5.000 m² BGF (Gewerbe) geht.
2. Entwicklung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien
Im Rahmen der Projektentwicklung kümmern wir uns um die Braurechtschaffung bzw. Baurechtsänderung für Grundstücke ab einer Größe von 20.000 m², die sich bevorzugt in in A-, B- und C-Städten deutschlandweit befinden. Infrage kommen unbebaute Grundstücke, aber auch Gewerbe- und Unternehmensimmobilien sowie Industriebrachen.
Egal, um welchen Bereich es geht – wir bei ECKPFEILER legen großen Wert darauf, alle Interessensgruppen proaktiv miteinzubinden. So sorgen wir für eine ausgewogene Interessenlage und für die notwendige Basis, um Lösungen mit Mehrwert für alle Beteiligten zu schaffen. Products & Services
As an owner-managed company, the ECKPFEILER Immobilien Group focuses on three main areas:
1. Upgrading and revitalising existing properties
In the area of portfolio development, we take on residential portfolios and commercial properties with vacancies and investment backlogs throughout Germany. Such projects are of particular interest to us if they involve more than 100 residential units or 5,000 m² GFA (commercial).
2. Development of residential and commercial projects
Within the scope of project development, we take care of the creation of brewery rights or changes in building rights for plots of land from 20,000 m² upwards, which are preferably located in A, B and C cities throughout Germany. This includes not only undeveloped land, but also commercial and corporate real estate and industrial sectors.
Regardless of which area is involved - we at ECKPFEILER attach great importance to the proactive involvement of all interest groups. In this way, we ensure a balance of interests and the basis needed to create solutions with added value for all parties involved.
