Welcome to elephantconsulting
We are a team of experienced performance management experts with two hubs - in Berlin, Germany and in Sao Paulo, Brasil. Our company is now 10 years old. We have contributed to around 60 planning and financial consolidation projects in various industries. Since a couple of years our focus is retail.
Our goal is to deliver projects at high quality and with focus on added value for our customers. Given our mixed team of functional and technical consultants, we are able to talk the language of business and IT departments.
