Elite Management Consultancy (EMC) is a Dubai Registered Consultancy Practice.

It was formed by a dynamic group of professionally qualified Accountants and consultants, whose aim is to bring the concept of value added services of a “Virtual CFO” to Small /Medium Size businesses, at a cost effective price.

Some of EMC‘s Achievements:

• Established a complete financial reporting environment, from scratch, for a chain of high end restaurants. The annual turnover of these restaurants is AED 75m+.

• Successfully closed Private Equity funding for a niche Food Delivery Chain. The investment amount was AED 7m.

• Successfully negotiated a term loan from local bank for a number of clients amount ranging AED 350,000 to 10 million.

• Financially Structured an Oil Trade with an International bank. The single shipment value of the trade amounted to USD 7m.

• Successfully closed a Management Contract for Chain of Supermarkets, annual turnover amounted to AED 30m+.

• Successfully arranged Trade Finance for an International Trading House with an annual turnover of AED 500m+. The total facility negotiated with the bank amounted AED 25m.
