Based on a Franchise Business Model we are acquiring good reputable real estate agency offices and professionals under our trade mark. We have some very straight forward, but also strict conditions and, probably, the most serious of these is the "Code of Conduct". We have checked and will always check everybody, who works under our trade mark. We are very focused on the quality of our services. Only true professionals can be members of our network. Every instance of a client complaining about a member of our team will result in a thorough check being carried out on that person.

If we say: "We will sell!" - it means, that we will do everything in our power to sell your property. Likewise, If we say: "We will find the best property for you!" - it means, that we WILL find the best property for you. Maybe, we are not the fastest working estate agency. maybe we are not the cheapest one, however you know that with us you can trust that we will provide the best service we can. We will always follow our "Code of Conduct" while being highly professional throughout our services to you.

CHARITY AND CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY

At least 10% of our net income we give to charity. We are a fair and responsible company. It is our philosophy, that if we are successful then we will help those who are not doing so well.

We have 2 head offices responsible for Europe, other continents and the UK. The European office is situated in the business center IQ Offices in Austria, Salzburg. Whereas, the Worldwide office is in St. James's Square, London, UK. This office also provides some services for our office in Austria.
