In OTT businesses, the Chief Product Officer (CPO) role is standard. These companies treat product vision, innovation, and rapid iteration as strategic priorities. But in many CSPs, product leaders lack C-level visibility. Telecom networks often don’t support agile product composition, leading some CSPs to rely on third-party solutions that offer little room for differentiation. We’re changing that. With telecoms low code and agile co-development, CSP product leaders can continuously compose, ad...

While OTT vendors capture higher valuations, it's often CSPs that provide the critical infrastructure enabling those services. Yet bandwidth, sold as a commodity, yields ever-decreasing margins. CSPs have something OTTs don’t: regulated, reliable networks; trusted national brands; and strong local customer relationships. These are powerful assets. The key is monetizing them. At ECT, we believe individualized communications products are the way forward. By leveraging our telecoms low code in long...

Many CSPs have inherited a maze of legacy platforms from years of mergers and acquisitions. These outdated, vendor-dependent systems increase operational costs and block innovation. While investments in IMS, VoLTE, 5G, and telco cloud continue, legacy service platforms lag far behind — limiting returns on network upgrades. With ECT’s Telecoms Low Code, CSPs migrate and consolidate services efficiently, reduce OPEX, and unlock the ability to individualize products. Better business outcomes start ...
