Founded by 2 Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch Alums and joined with an array of consultants from hedge funds, universities, fashion, marketing, hospitality, non-profit, and a gamut of other arenas, we recognized it’s not what we know, but what we all know. After years spent identifying talent and building a network of future leaders, it became apparent there was a dislocation between top talent, and the experiences necessary to make an impact in the growing and dynamic global marketplace.
