Today Fabbri 1905 is being run by the fourth generation of the Fabbri family - four partners, siblings and cousins, leading a company of 250 employees that boasts some 1,200 references, as well as 17 product lines and 23 packaging lines. A family-run company that distributes products in 110 countries worldwide.

There are currently 11 affiliated companies running Fabbri’s overseas activities: Fabbri France, Fabbri Deutschland, Fabbri North America, Fabbri Mexico, Fabbri Uruguay – Amarena Fabbri, Fabbri Brasile, Fabbri Asia PTE, Fabbri (Shanghai) Food Trading, L&L FUTURA (Argentina) and Fabbri Argentina, a production site covering over 18,000 square metres, for the South America markets. All the affiliated companies are controlled by Fabbri G. Holding Industriale.

Fabbri 1905 today is run by the great-grandchildren of the company’s founder: Andrea, Nicola, Paolo and Umberto Fabbri. Backed by a brand that has become synonymous with quality throughout the world, Fabbri continues in its commitment to developing new and innovative strategies. The company markets both its traditional products and new creations and is always ready to take on new challenges. It now operates in four main markets: ingredients for pastries and gelato, including a wide range of decorations, fillings, and specialist products for quality pastries; semi-finished goods for the food and beverage industry; consumer products, including amarena cherries, syrups, toppings and fruit in liqueur; products for the ho.re.ca industry, with professional fruit syrups for cocktails, beverages and slushies.
